The philosophy behind the creation of the Coffee Flavor Map T100 was to develop a structured tool for analysis, empowering you to confidently describe the distinct characteristics of each roasted coffee or cup of coffee using a language commonly used by experts.

 

ASTs may now use Scentone aroma kits, in the activities and practical exams of Sensory Skills courses. An equivalency chart developed by the Sensory Skills Content Creator Group has been added to the Additional Material folder in the current Sensory Skills curriculum pack. This chart is meant to be a guide for trainers in selecting the best aromas for the given objective. The 36-vial Le Nez du Café aroma kit is still adequate for all three course levels. The Scentone T100 kit is sufficient for the Foundation and Intermediate courses.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

The customer is responsible for ensuring they are available to receive the package. We are not responsible for any lost or missing items once the tracking status indicates that the package has been successfully delivered.

Missing or Lost Packages

In cases where the tracking information shows a "Delivered" status but the package has not been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier service directly to resolve the issue. [Your Company Name] is not liable for any package loss, theft, or misplacement once the courier has confirmed delivery.

Additional Support

If the tracking information does not show a "Delivered" or "Received" status and the package has been delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for further assistance. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the courier service.
