Return Policy for Domestic and International Orders

Return Policy

We accept returns for qualifying products within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days, as they are subject to different terms and conditions than standard returns (details below).

Steps for Returns:

  1. Contact our support team to before shipping your return.
  2. Shipping Costs: If your original order received discounted shipping (e.g., Free Shipping on orders over $100), the actual shipping cost from the original order will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the cost of the return label will be deducted.
  3. Return Shipping: Ensure that all returns are shipped with an approved & updated tracking information within the 14-day window.

Additional Information:

  • Late Returns: Returns with an inbound shipment processed beyond the 14-day window will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover additional labor for inventory recounts and system updates due to our high turnover.

What are the required conditions for returning products?

Unused and Original Packaging:

Items must be unused and include all original packaging, such as protective sleeves, product boxes, and foam inserts. Missing packaging or any signs of wear will result in the return being rejected.

Check Before Use: While we understand the excitement, please ensure the item is the correct size and meets your expectations before using it.

Packaging Requirements:Items missing original packaging may be rejected or incur a 15% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for damages caused by poor repackaging.

Please take care to securely repack items to avoid damage during transit. Items damaged due to inadequate repackaging will not be eligible for a refund.

About refund

Once we receive and inspect your return or exchange, we will notify you of the outcome and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If your order qualified for free shipping, shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, a restocking fee and/or any applicable shipping costs may also be deducted.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
