Shipping and Delivery Policy

The customer is responsible for ensuring they are available to receive the package. We are not responsible for any lost or missing items once the tracking status indicates that the package has been successfully delivered.

Missing or Lost Packages

In cases where the tracking information shows a "Delivered" status but the package has not been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier service directly to resolve the issue.
