Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Coffee Now Today, we strive to ensure all shipments, both local and international, are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner. For transparency and accountability, we provide tracking for all orders, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their shipment.

The customer is responsible for ensuring they are available to receive the package. We are not responsible for any lost or missing items once the tracking status indicates that the package has been successfully delivered.

Missing or Lost Packages

In cases where the tracking information shows a "Delivered" status but the package has not been received, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier service directly to resolve the issue. [Your Company Name] is not liable for any package loss, theft, or misplacement once the courier has confirmed delivery.

Additional Support

If the tracking information does not show a "Delivered" or "Received" status and the package has been delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for further assistance. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the courier service.
